About A/Prof Rohit Joshi
A/Prof Rohit Joshi works as a Medical Oncology Consultant at Calvary Central Districts Hospital. He also works at the Northern Adelaide Cancer Centre at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. Rohit is actively involved in the teaching of under-graduate and post-graduate students as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Adelaide.
He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate training at the Christian Medical College in India, after which he trained in Medical Oncology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He also gained European Certification in Medical Oncology in 2012.
Rohit is the Director of Cancer Research and Clinical Trials at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. His main research interests include clinical trials and new drugs therapies in lung, colorectal, breast and genitourinary cancers, along with supportive and palliative care studies.
Rohit treats all solid cancer types with major interests in lung, colorectal, pancreatic, renal, melanoma and breast cancers
