About Dr Mark McGregor
Dr Mark McGregor is dual trained in medicine and pharmacy, having completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery at Flinders University in 2011 and a Bachelor of Pharmacy at University of South Australia in 2007. He completed his internship and physician training at Royal Adelaide Hospital, before completing medical oncology advanced training at Royal Adelaide, Calvary North Adelaide Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre.
He then spent 12 months in a clinical research fellowship position at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, undertaking research in gastro-intestinal cancers and working on numerous clinical trials across a wide variety of tumour types.
Mark commenced his private practice with Adelaide Oncology & Haeamotology in 2020 and also holds a position as a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Lyell McEwin Hospital and remains actively involved in clinical research, teaching and post-graduate education. He is a member of multiple national and international oncological societies.
Mark is committed to providing personalized, comprehensive cancer care from diagnosis and treatment through to survivorship or supportive care.
Mark treats all solid cancer types with particular interests in gastro-intestinal, genitourinary, breast and lung cancers.
